I downloaded an app from the iTunes store. My question is, there a program out there for my Ipod touch that will run without the use of the internet?

I'm pretty sure the one I downloaded requires the internet. I'm not ready to start the program quite yet, but I am shopping around in hopes of starting it in about 20 lbs.

I used the Couch to 5K app by Lucius Kwok for my iPod touch. No Internet required. I loved it.
