Boo...ankle Sprain...
my klutzy self has done it again -- sprained my ankle yesterday. i am grateful that it's mild and i am already on the mend. didn't go to the gym today and likely won't tomorrow either.
friday when i do, other than upper body stuff, what else can i do? i would love to get the cardio effect somehow. maybe the ellipitical? any suggestions welcome! |
