Just a few questions
I began C25k last night, and am feeling pretty good today. Minimal soreness. Now, tomorrow, I am supposed to do w1d1, which is fine, except on Wednesdays I work out with my aunt, who is a personal trainer. Her workouts do not leave me sore the next day. Would it be ok to go do my running before her class? I don't want to wait until Thursday, the weather is supposed to tank...30s-40s and snow, so tomorrow is ideal.
I'm also learning about/interested in heart rate monitors. However, they are so expensive! What are some reliable, affordable ones that you have found? I think I may do some kettlebell workouts tonight :) Or, I have the P90x dvds as well. |
