I really feel my body will let me know what it needs. Sometimes I crave meat, sometimes I crave fruit (watermelon, smoothie mix), milk, etc. I started including Aloe vera juice in my diet too because of all the amino acids it has to offer and I notice I have also been craving much less. If I crave sugar, I eat fruit or drink water. I then realize, or my taste buds, that this is what I really wanted. Tricky little sugars.
