Help with Total Gym
 

I just bought a Total Gym from a friend last night. Unfortunately she lost her manual. I am most anxious to use it but don't know how to do the different exercises. I went to their website but they don't have anything showing or explaining with the exception of their personalized workout which is 20.00 per month. I e-mailed them asking how to go about getting replacement but I want to start NOW!!!!
Does anybody here have/use one? Could you share a couple of quick exercises?
