Has the exercise bug bitten me?
I am a self-proclaimed exercise HATER.
However, a couple of weeks ago I got involved with a small Zumba class here in town and I really found myself enjoying it. I signed up for twice a week and often find myself wishing it was Zumba day. Well, today I really wanted to be doing Zumba and I found on Netflix some cadio-dance instant workout videos that were very similar. I was so excited and here I was in my living room doing a complete video and loving it! I feel so good afterwards. Now, tomorrow is a REAL Zumba day!! Yeah!!:carrot: Is it possible that I have been bitten by the exercise bug?? |
I'm a firm believer that if you hate exercise it's because you haven't found the right activity or you are trying to push past your level too soon. Congrats on finding the right type of exercise for you!
