New Rules is AWESOME and at this point with do WONDERS for you. I did it when I still had weight to lose and didn't life as heavy as I should and I still got some pretty impresive results. In fact, I'm about to start the next/newest book New Rules of Lifting for Abs. I'm at the same point you are and I'm adding more food and trying to figure out how to amp up the protein, I'm a carb lover, especially since I'm a runner. For right now, I'm just trying to just keep on keeping on. I realized that my program is pretty good as is 4xs cardio, 2xs WT, and recently added 1x Yoga, and that before it was working to lose weight, but NOW, it's going to work to recomp and change/enhance my figure with the added food. In addition to more food and more protein make sure you diet is a clean as possible. I've notice that when I get rid of the processed stuff, cut back on the sugar and eat as much whole foods as possible I just seem slimmer, if that makes sense.

If I were you though I'd start with New Rules for Women OR maybe do them both :O Good luck!

Oh wow, good for you! Thanks for the update too!

I started using lotion on my belly with vitamin E and I swear the stretch marks are fading. :carrot: Between ab work and lotion we just may be bikini worthy yet!

Thanks Eliana. I have attached a picture below. I made sure to take my pic in the same clothes I had on in my avatar pic. The little pudge is slowly going :)

Actually, and this might sound hard to believe....I have hardly done any abs work. I work out 6 days per week and I throw in a 10 min session of crunches on 1 or 2 of those days and that's it! I really think its the weight training thats helping - plus the added protein.

When I was losing weight, I did 5 - 6 days of cardio. Now I am doing either 4days cardio/2 days weights or 3 days weights/3 days cardio. For added protein, I have been adding a protein shake after I do weights - I use a whey protein mix and add some milk to it. I guess my trainer was on to something ;) - I won't tell him though - he is too obnoxious :)

Any chance at putting them side by side here?

You do look fabulous! Your avatar is just a little too small for me to really see. But girl, you have abs!! You do see them, right? Because we do! :D

I have had a ton of friends get tummy tucks or lipo around the middle--especially if youve had children. I am not usually a big supporter of surgeries because SO much can be accomplished on one's own, but if it bothers you that much---
