There are a couple of us in spin class like that, me included. :D Our instructor thinks we're weird, but that's ok. We think she's weird. :p

I've always been above average flexibility-wise. Could always put my hands flat on the floor with unbent knees.

I'm green with envy. Congratulations!

I have always been able to touch my toes, put my palms flat on the floor and do the splits whatever my weight even at over 200 pounds. To me its not a good thing because I am hyperflexible due to being double jointed and it causes a lot of joint problems and makes it easier to break bones as my joints just don't stabilise well.

I can now touch my toes with my knees straight, after almost a year of working towards it with almost daily yoga and flexibility exercises. It was one of my goals last year, actually. My whole life the closest I've even been able to come was to my knees with legs straight, or I could get to the floor with my knees bent to almost 90 degrees. Some days I wake up tighter than others, but even on those days I can still get there after a few minutes warmup. I don't think I will ever be able to put my hands flat on the floor, though.

Yay for touching your toes! Woo hoo!
