Create Your Own Exercise?
Sometimes I get bored and create my own little combinations of exercise. My favorite is a combination of a burpee, mountain climbers, and push ups. I basically drop myself down like I'm doing a burpee then do mountain climbers for 10 seconds, stop do five pushups, and then complete the burpee. It really wears me out so I usually only do three or four of them but they are a quick thing I know I can do when I'm bored.
I was just wondering do any of you have your own little combinations that you've come up with? If so what are they? I'd love to try some of them out. :^: |
I do something similar holding a medicine ball. Good times, good times.

when i get bored with my regular workout videos, I dance. i usually do it for 45 mins and it really makes me break a sweat. its fun and time goes by so fast. plus you get to pick your favorite songs and that is what gets me going. try it :)

Huh, I really like that! I don't have any to match.
But... I have an upper body favorite combination and a lower body favorite. Upper body: Laying on a flat bench using dumbbells with palms facing forward press up X reps, then immediately do a pec fly X reps, then face the palms together and immediately press up again X reps. Repeat using an incline bench. Lower body: 20 squats Run up and down the stairs 3:00 Wall sit 3:00 Repeat |
