Need help with figuring activity points WW

  • Hi all,

    I have been doing one of the Biggest Loser DVD's the last couple of days. It's a cardio workout but on the activity tracker I don't see cardio listed. Should I just go with the aerobics catergory? And what exactly is the defining measurement of hi-impact and low-impact? Thanks for any help!!

  • How do you feel? Does it feel like medium intensity or high intensity? That's how I judge, then I just pick the APs based on that.
