Guess who's back in the gym?

  • Today I finally want back to the gym after somene at the gym gave me a discount for 3 months. I did miss it especially the after work out feeling. Before I pushed myself way too hard, exhausted myself. I made myself workout 2 or 3 hours almost every day and my body couldn't handle that and I stopped going. I have to set a plan when going to the gym. Today i did 30 mins of strength training and 20 minutes of the treadmill (2 mins power walking/ 1 min of jogging). Slow start, but it's a start. I plan to start out doing 3 days a week and every other time do strength training. what do you guys think? Should I do a little more?

  • I too cannot give you advice but I just thought I'd share that I got back to the gym yesterday and love it! spent an hour there yesterday and an hour and a half today. So happy/sore-in-the-good-way!
