Question Recommandations?

I want to buy a really good cardio workout dvd but I have absolutely no idea what. Has anyone of you tried a DVD that you can suggest? Something high energy that really makes you sweat...? Preferrably a dance dvd..?

I recommend Jillian Michaels 30 day Shred...it's awesome and you get everything in 25 min-cardio, abs and strength training. It seems like it is the best for ultimate results in the least amount of time-and she kicks your behind in 25 min.

Workout dvds are such an individual perference, I hate recommending something cause you might not like it.

You can check out video previews of dvds at www.totalfitnessdvds.com or www.collagevideo.com

Good luck and get movin'

Zumba definitely fits into what you want. Do you have Netflix by chance? They have a bunch of workout stuff in their instant section. You could mix it up and try different ones.
