I am just get starting with Jillian Michaels "30 day Shred Workout".

Today is day 4 of level 2
Circuit work out= 20 minutes
Pilates for legs and thighs=20 minutes
Hand weights=8 minutes
Total for today=48 minutes, plus warm up and cool down.

Everyone is trekking along beautifully! Keep it up all! I have been MIA as I am on vacation! Only for a few days though! I go back to tommorrow so I will jumping back on the exercise train soon!
