I like what my trainer said recently: It doesn't matter what machine, what speed, what incline, what setting...what matters is, are YOU working hard.

If you dislike or are intimidating by runnning, start with the elliptical (that's what I did). Sooner or later, the treadmill will get you! lol.
My husband does the elliptical because of his injured knee. As long as your giving it you're best, that's all that matters. :) |
