What do you think of Bob Harper's Inside Out Method

I saw Bob Harper's Inside Out Method on his website and I was thinking of buying it but I would hate to get it and have it be too easy. What do you think of it?? Thank you!

Edit- I actually went ahead and ordered it so I will let you know how it is...I've heard it is tough
