I don't have it running.

However at 54. I make sure I go before I go lift. Don't want to wet myself doing dead lifts!

Sneezing, coughing, extreme laughter!? Cross my legs!

It's not an uncommon thing for us to encounter.

Leakage is a fairly common problem with women. Not to worry though there's lots of products out there that you can buy to eliminate any embarrassment.
