I agree about it feeling good to write down the exercise. It actually makes me do it! Like this month for like 2 weeks, I didn't feel like it, but I didn't want to write zero, so I made myself do something. And then it's like a challenge to myself to try to get up to a certain number of minutes. So it's really a motivating thing to do! |
