Yes, Nordstrom also has well-trained fitters who can do your measurements and offer suggestions, I don't remember about Dillard's. They carry high end bras that can be pretty pricey though ($40 and up). If you're still losing you might not want to make that investment yet. Lane Bryant also carries up to H cups, but I don't know if they keep all sizes in the stores or only online. They definitely have up to DDD (=F) in stores though, I used to get those. You might be able to have a size sent to a particular store if they don't usually keep it in stock. They're a little cheaper, and they have extra good deals on the clearance racks if you don't mind the leftover Christmas and Valentine's Day themes!
Kohls also stocks several brands that run to DDDs, I think Bali and Olga and a few others. They're not the sexiest styles, but they run a lot of buy-2-get-1-free deals so that makes up for some sins.
