Hi all. So, I started doing the C25K program on Tuesday. I did day 2 today, and I couldn't even run half the intervals this time! Does this indicate I'm not ready to start training for a 5k, like maybe I should walk for the next month before attempting this? I'm thinking if I keep doing it, I am going to be on week 1 for awhile....
I always do this with exercise though, I try to do to much to soon and I burn out. Or I just think I am pushing myself WAY to hard too fast. Anyone give me a clue? LOL
