Spin Class - Los Angeles area Chicks
 

I'm vacationing in Los Angeles next week (Aug. 5 - 8) and I want to keep up with my workouts while I'm there. I'm going to be taking a one hour spin/yoga class combo at YAS fitness in Silverlake on Saturday the 7th. They have a coupon online for a free first class. If anyone wants to join me let me know and I can PM you more details. It would be great to meet some LA chicks!
