Okay so I am thinking of adding the 30 Day Shred Video to my routine when I come back from vacation. What I am wondering is if most people have better luck doing it every other day instead of every day. I was kind of watching the 30 Day Shred for 30 Days thread and there was a lot of variation in people's experience. It is mostly strength and toning, right? Which would lead me to believe every other day is better but I want your input!

Well, I don't know about getting better results, but as far as my sanity is concerned I could never do the same workout multiple days in a row. I like having something different each day, so I rotate 30DS with the other JM DVD's and Biggest Looser DVD's. It makes it so that the workout is still a challenge, and also works different muscles each day, giving the others a rest.
I think doing it every other day, with a different challenging exercise on the other days, would still give you good results.
I was doing it 2-3x/week, alternating with other exercise (Pilates, running, etc.). I found it to be very effective & loved how fast it was.
I've put Jillian to the side for the past few weeks, and am headed out of town on vacation as well. I will pick her back up again when I'm back - loved the results, even as an occaisional workout vs. the every day workout. Not sure I'd stick with it every day (although for those that have, the results have been incredible!).
