Hi everyone good to see you back CD. I have been on the treadmill more this week and have 14.90miles put in from Friday.
Cd I am sorry to hear that you have put some of the weight back on but you can do this. You have come a long way for you not to get this weight off. You don't have that much longer to go tillyour wedding and you will look wonderful.Get back to the gym and you will do it.

Red face I've been out of it too

It's ok though cd and everyone (including me). Just as long as we don't think we are done. No we'll just start over tomorrow! This week was so busy for me. I have no excuse for Tuesday, but I also could not get to the Y on Monday or Today. SOOO I better go tomorrow!

We just need to keeep going and we will be there in now time I am getting so close to my goal that it feels great. I am 8 pounds away. I did 12.5 miles between tue and Thurs.
Hope that you all can make it to the gym.

Hey Tanya and Sandi.

I'm finally back in the running. I'm getting married in November and it's starting to get so close. Wedding dress shopping is depressing! So, I'm going to give it a couple of months see how it goes. I want to feel great on my wedding day and honeymoon.

I feel better already. Gosh, you guys are so great to be able to run like you do. I got on the treadmill and 4.0 is too fast for me. But I'm good on the elliptical. Some day I will!

Hi Tanya and CD

I haven't run in two weeks! I've been really bad, but I have exercised, just not as much. I am still holding on to my loss and in fact today I nudged 0.5 lbs down the scale. I started yoga and tomorrow I go again. It's a 7 week session, but really cool. In May I start golfing and so I probably won't do yoga again until the fall. I don't workout on either yoga or golf nights and I don't want to start slacking by not working out 2 times a week.

CD...you can lose weight for your wedding, I did. In fact, my measurements would have made me need an 18 which cost more and so I lost weight and bought the 16 and by the time I was done dieting (and the final fitting nearered) it was loose. Just set a reasonable goal for yourself like 30-40 pounds by your wedding (seems to me you have lots of time). You could be 170 in November!!! WoW!!! Oh and don't dispair over the stupid wedding sizes. I bought a 16 dress, but my normal dress size was a 12!
