getting back at it.
I shouldn't have taken the week off of my workouts. Getting back at it is so hard. I skipped my early morning workout with my friends this morning. I haven't heard from them yet, so I think they may have skipped too, all 3 of us were travelling over the weekend and we all knew today was iffy as to who could meetup .
I didn't workout last night as I had to do yardwork and grocery shopping from being gone for 6 days. And I can't workout tonight as I'm having dinner with my brother who is in town for the week. So tomorrow I MUST start back up. Its so easy to get lazy and roll over and go back to bed in the morning. |
Which is what I did at 8am this morning. I don't exercise until 3PM though. I've wanted to get up and exercise earlier but hey, 3pm seems to be working for me lol.

That is definitely a fear for me is that I will stop - but I know that I can't. For me the one thing that I know has helped me is my continuing to work out no matter what. Hope you can find that again - huggles

I just got me "Slacker" notification from my workout buddy. Although I found out today's training was the stationary bikes at the gym, and they know how much I hate those. I'd much rather do my biking outdoors and make the most of the gym while there.
I prefer evening workouts, after work, but I have friends who meet in the mornings and that really helps with the motivation to work out. It adds a level of accountibility. |
It feels good and is good for you to take a week off... BUT often difficult to get back at it BUT just :coach: DO IT! Put the shoes on, and get out there!! Have you ever EVER been sorry for working out?? I don't think so ...
So :coach: DO IT !! |
