There's not much that makes me feel FAT as when I get friction burn on my inner thoughs. It's been an especially HOT week, and my thigh burn actually had me wake up in pain last night.
I get it mostly from wearing baggier pants that rub against my thighs.
I sometimes get it from coarse textured fabrics and sweat. I put baby bum cream on my thighs before I go jogging.
How do you treat it? Should I always wear biker shorts under skirts?
Grrrr!!!
