Thigh Burn
There's not much that makes me feel FAT as when I get friction burn on my inner thoughs. It's been an especially HOT week, and my thigh burn actually had me wake up in pain last night.
I get it mostly from wearing baggier pants that rub against my thighs. I sometimes get it from coarse textured fabrics and sweat. I put baby bum cream on my thighs before I go jogging. How do you treat it? Should I always wear biker shorts under skirts? Grrrr!!! |
I know that there are some creams out there that prevent chaffing and what I do when I wear skirts is use a silicone based lube. it doesnt wear off and when you get sweaty it rewets, I guess is what you would call it, and you don't get that sticky chaffing anymore

I feel like I'm doomed to bike shots under skirts for the rest of my life. But that's because I can't think of a time when my thighs didn't rub together!
I've heard good things about anti chafing cream but have never tried it myself. I know it sucks to get stuck walking somewhere when you feel it coming on and you wish you could go home and change! |
I actually love bike shorts under skirts if my skirt goes up by accident no one sees anything but shorts...
For running they have a silicone gel you can use for chaffing... I can't remember the name of it though... It's too early in the morning yet, brain hasn't had enough coffee to function :coffee: |
body glide.
magic magic lovely invention sports authority, dicks, running specialty stores. you will never experience chafing again no smell, goes on, stays on. You can use it on any body part (not in a LEWD way) :) Would not have been able to train for and complete marathons if not for this little miracle in a "deodorant-esque" bottle |
