Hi there!
As you can see by my weight graph, I'm still very heavy.
I had surgery on my right knee and find squat-type movements are painful. So, I stopped. Don't want to re-injure my knee.
But I know the thigh and glute muscles are the biggest and burn a lot of energy...so, I am asking for some help in doing the right exercises to use these muscles without causing injury.
Walking is not often an option for me, so I need something to do indoors. Finances are very limited so gyms and equipment are out.
