i saw a leaflet for activity on referral in the doctors and i was wondering if any one had used the service. seems pretty good. 12 weeks subsidised gym memebership and its a goverment scheme??

went on to the website (just google activity on referral)

and it said i qualified for it. i was just wondering if any one else had done it ?

Worth a go, Susan, I'd say. I've seen people here who are prescribed an exercise programme after heart attacks, etc and they seem to be enjoying themselves. And you qualify! Yes, definitely go for it.
