Cardio and tae bo
I do Billy Blank's Ab Bootcamp as well as a few of his other tapes every day. I like them, a lot, and I do them all the way through. But I've noticed that my stomach is kind of big and gets in the way. Could wearing a those girdles (the kind that are just like underpants) eliminate this? It wouldn't be super tight, since I have one that my mom uses and it's a bit big for me, but it would keep my stomach stationary so it's not slinging all over the place (tmi, but it's true.)
What do you guys think? Also, I do his ab bootcamp even though I haven't lost lots of actual WEIGHT yet. Is bad bad? I can see and feel my abs when I contract them, but they're under fat. I'm not putting myself further behind doing both at the same time, am I? |

I'm doing taebo too, but I'm way back at beginner's level again. I think doing ab is fine but do it every other day...to give your abs time to rest. Abs are a normal muscle group so need time to heal. Have you tried working out with the girdle thingy, better? |
