So today I finally went out and ran...well more like jogged/walked, but hey I finally did it. I have been so self conscious about how I run and what people think of me that I haven't, but I finally just went and did it. I've been wanting to be able to have something to do when I don't feel like going to the gym or if its closed and I finally put all my worries aside and just went. It wasn't far, only about a mile but I jogged probably 75% of it and feel good!
GOOD for you! I tried to run for the first time pretty much ever recently and it nearly killed me, so I know how difficult it is in the beginning and that every little bit counts. You should be proud, keep up the good work!
