Here i go .....tae bo
 

Right after being out of exercise ofr past few weeks i have made it my aim this week to get the dvds out.

So im now sitting here chilling on 3fc with a ton of things i have to do floating thru my head..............ironing, dishes, mother coming for cupa , some where inbetween nice bath n do my hair etc etc,

But the days is still early so gona take the opportunity to do some tae bo DVD to try and banish my fat rolls and get back in shape , then chill in a nice hot bath :) sounds like a plan

I LOVE Taebo. I have some 30 dvds just waiting for me to come back.... I am on a Jillian kick right now though, so Billy has taken a back seat.

I really liked the AMPED set, with the weighted bar. FUN! And tough!
