So I signed up to a gym some time ago, and I go from time to time to do cardio. Although I haven't done anything for like a month now
And one of the main reasons I signed up was for strength training, but I don't get the machines at all. It's a barebones gym, and as such really cheap and the closest, but no trainer or anybody to help
I was considering just trying them in the dark, but some of them look pretty dangerous if done wrong (>o<) *thinks about leg press disasters*
And I'm pretty embarassed to look like an idiot while trying them out, hence why I haven't done so already...
But it's not like I have a choice.. right...
