This threat is for the people who want to keep track of their exercise during a month.
During my cardio yesterday I was thinking how interesting would be to know how many minutes I exercise in the period of a month. So I’ll post my exercise minutes daily in this threat and you are welcome to keep your data here too, so we keep ourselves motivated.
Maybe after 12 months we could even add all the numbers and see how much minutes we exercised during the whole year.
You don’t really have to post every day, as long as you keep track of the minutes from previous day and post it at once. It is up to you...
