Default New motivation from bar method-style workouts

Hi everyone, I've been reading this forum for a while but only just joined, and wanted to share something that's been making a difference in my motivation to eat more healthfully so that I can lose 15-20 pounds of extra weight. For the past two months, I've been alternating between the Physique 57 DVDs and Bar Method DVDs and have seen amazing results: even under my excess poundage I can see leaner, shapelier thighs, stronger triceps, a higher butt, and even a bit of a boob lift from better pecs Getting some good results quickly has really made me determined to keep my diet cleaner so that I can see the full measure of the reshaping that is presently lurking under those last pounds. The workouts are also surprisingly fun for someone who HATES the gym and can't stick to most DVDs.

I hope this helps someone else in a similar position with regard to extra weight-- nothing like some quick, visible results for motivation!
