I am stalled at 197lbs., I have lost 133lbs. The advice I have gotten is to start weight or resistance training to break the plateau. Has anyone used the Easy Shaper by Tony Little that is sold on HSN. All the reviews I have read sound good, I just would like to hear from some that has used it. Thanks in advance.
