I just got done doing The Biggest Loser Cardio Blast, it snowed today and the kids are home for spring break, so walking outside on the track was out of the question! I actually made the video into a game and my four kids *ages 6,4,2, and 1 actually danced around and tried to do the workout moves with me, made everything go a lot smoother, and it was really quite fun!
Will break tomorrow and it's back to the track on Monday for a 5 mile walk. Glad you got your workout done! Keep your head up!!!!

This is Sunday & the weather made me want to run. But I had other plans.

At home, I did a dumbbell routine that lasts about 20 minutes total. I use seven-pound weights. Some of it is done standing, and for some of it, I use an exercise ball, instead of a weight bench, which I haven't got. I've got my shoulders on it, I'm doing the "bridge" pose, and I do my flys & overhead bench press like that.

Then, that being a warmup, I went up to the community college & swam for an hour in my swimming class. My freestyle isn't bad, my backstroke is getting a little better, but my kick for the breast stroke is lousy & I really need to work on it.

I felt pretty wiped out after class. Why is swimming so tiring? It makes me sleepy like no other exercise.
