Headphones

Question for all the runners out there. I am on week 2 of the c25k and am completely frustrated with my ear buds. It seems like the whole time I am constantly push them back into my ears. Does anyone have any suggestions on headphones they really like to run with? Thanks.

I have some sony ones that go in your ear (mine are pink), I'm sure you've seen them at Target/Best Buy/etc... they're very common. I've seen many people run with those kind that go around the back of your ear, I would imagine that would keep them from falling out. I think headphones are a little personal because you have to find something that's not going to bother, but also something that's not going to fall out. Good luck!

I don't run with headphones, since I run outside, but I've run with my Skull Candy earbuds before (the cheap ones- $15-20 at Target) and I've never had a problem. They come with three different sizes of ear-attachment (wow, I'm scientific), and with the right one they pretty much stay glued in your ear.

Ah! I shared this same problem. Annoying, isn't it? And taking the time/energy to constantly push them back into my ears was tiring! I finally got fed up with it and spent the money on a pair of Nike "Flight" Headphones. They were $20 but well worth the money and I found them at Target!

I used to have the same problem until I found Skullcandy. The ones I got are buds, but they come with different size ear things so they don't fall out. They are nice & loud too :D

I use the ear buds with the little flexible rubber/plastic bit that wraps around the back of your ear. I find them really comfortable and they don't budge when I'm running (and I'm not exactly a graceful runner LOL)

I had that problem with the buds that came with my IPOD. I finally fold an old pair of buds with the rubber attachments - now they stay in my ears. I agree - it is freakin annoying to keep adjusting the ear buds.

i wear oldskool headphones. i have some piercings in my ears that just are not conducive to keeping ear buds in. It's cool, I'm used to it :)

Not sure what piercing you have, but I have a few that defiantly hinder my luck with ear phones.

I have had good luck with in-ear types of headphones. I have "Panasonic High Performance Earbud Headphones" I love them - I just looked them up, looks they they changed the ones, so the style I have are now only $20.

The ones I have look like this:
