If vertigo is a problem...

  • ...what exercises can I still do without getting dizzy? Especially cardio?

    I'm tired of sitting around like a bump on a log because even turning my head makes me dizzy. I've got an ENT appointment the day after tomorrow, but this is recurrent. I've had so many repeated inner ear infections.
  • I'd say a stationary bike would be the safest choice...
  • The treadmill sometimes makes me very dizzy and nauseated, but the stationery bike never gives me this feeling.

    The trouble with a stationary bike is, I have set a goal to go 45 minutes on it, but after 30, my rear end can't take it any more. Suggestions for that?
