sore legs. Rest? or workout?

  • I had a really great session with my PT yesterday, but I ended up unusually sore.

    I'm supposed to do my first 20 minute run of C25k today. Last night I did PT, the night before, I swam, and the night before that, I ran.

    If I skip the run tonight, I won't be able to run again until Monday (work conflict)

    So, what's the deal with working out while sore? Should I go ahead and try the run, should I rest, or should I do a different workout, like walking or swimming?

    Advice appreciated.
  • I'm no expert ... that's for sure but ... I'd go for a walk. Just gentle stuff.
