Hi all,I was thinking about trying HIIT. Can anybody tell me their experience with it and exactly how they went about it? I will be using a treadmill and when the weather warms up I can use the track at a nearby university. Also if anybody using HIIT is also a distance runner, can you tell me how you fit your longer runs into this program? I want to run some 5Ks this spring and summer too! Some might not consider that "distance" running but it is for me!
