body weight exercise calories?

Is there a way I can ballpark estimate how many calories I'm burning with body weight exercises?

I have a lot of health issues and I'm just getting off of 2 weeks of bed rest during which time I got markedly weaker (this has happened before I know what to do, I'll get back my strength it just takes time and work! LOL). So I'm starting to rebuild with body weight exercises (lots of squats and crunches and stuff like that, beginner stuff really) several times per day, but since this is my first serious attempt at weight loss I'm trying to count calories in vs calories out so I'm sure I'm eating enough dispersed throughout the day and whatever.

Is there a website I can look stuff up at or do ya'll have general numbers or anything? THANKS!:carrot:

Maybe this will help? http://www.caloriesperhour.com/index_burn.php

I wouldn't worry about it.
Just stay on your diet, exercise when you can and the calories burned from exercise are just a bonus :)
I never "eat back" my exercise calories. That defeats the purpose in my opinion.

Well it's really that I'm struggling to eat 1200 calories each day (I'm just not that hungry and I get uncomfortably full quickly) so I want to know if I should be trying to eat more or change my diet (eating less vegan style food and more slightly higher in calories) because I don't want to create TOO much of a calorie deficit.

Ok. I see what you're saying, but it still doesn't change my answer :)

I completely agree... Eat less, exercise more, whether it be body weight exercises or otherwise.
