Need Advice/Tips/Suggestions
I posted earlier about the lump on my back. My problem is that I am unable to do any exercises that cause me to jiggle or bounce because it causes great discomfort with my lump with some pain. What can I do cardio-wise, in my house, that doesn't involve bouncing and jiggling? :|

Just an idea that might be good for you for exercise something like a nordictrac ski machine or tony littles gazzel (not sure if i spelled that right) its more of a sliding action that doesnt require you to have the bouncing action of jogging walking ect. Seems pretty low impact.

Did you tell the doc about the pain? Maybe the best thing would be a different doc? I can't think of much bounce free cardio. The only thing I can come up with at the moment is shadow boxing. I'll keep a corner of my mind on it to try to think of other things for you.

I did tell him about the pain but he really just seem to ignore anything I had to say :(
Thanks so much to both of you for the suggestions :hug: |
I have a generic gazelle that I use all the time. I have very bad knees and it doesn't bother them at all. I would highly recommend it to anyone.

what about wearing a very supportive athletic tank top over it... that would minimize the movement of it.

Tammy, I will definitely look into getting a few of those, thanks :)

Would squats or lunges hurt?
What about step ups? Hope you feel better soon :) |

Seriously, if your doc is ignoring you get another opinion... painful lumps and bumps are nothing to scoff at ... |
Thanks ddc and Ilene

Pain is our body's way of letting us know something is really wrong. A doctor shouldn't be ignoring it. I would b*tch-slap him. That's my advice. It'll get your heart rate up with very low impact. ;)
