Bosu Ball?
 

Anyone have one of these?

I saw them today at Target for 100 bucks. I remember that the rec center in college used to have Bosu classes, though I never took one. Any positive/negative reviews?

are they the big blue ones? or the sort of half ones? I know my gym uses bosu, but i cant remember if thats the brand name or just the half balls. Either way, they seem pretty good, nice and durable as far as i can tell

i've used them a lot with my personal trainer, they have really helped with my balance and core muscles. I use to hate them lol but now i get the benefit of them.

They are half a blue ball... you can use the dome side up or the flat part up (more difficult) . I love it and use it regularly it's great for balance and core... I bought one I liked it so much...
