Suggested Workouts?

Hey guys,

So im finally getting back into the swing of things. Im on weight watchers and i love it coz its always been good to me lol.

I thought i would post what i am doing in terms of working out and wandered if anyone had any thoughts on it and/or can offer any suggestions for things i can add to this or should take away? Any advice would be awesome. Thanks

Treadmill - 30mins of walking at a fast pace then 10mins of jogging

Cycling - 30mins

crosstrainer - 30mins (This is my favorite but im not gonna lie, i used to hate it and it used to kills me! lol)

Rowing maching - 10 - 15mins

I also power walk the 15mins to and from the gym.

Thanks guys

If you have access to all those machines you must be working out at a gym.
Weight training seems to be missing from your schedule. Do you weight train?

Have you tried HIIT during your cardio sessions? Here's a very good site that explains it...

Good luck and keep us posted on your progress...

I second what Ilene wrote.

Maybe your gym offers weight training classes like body pump or body conditioning. Some of these classes have a cardio element to them. It's a great way to get started with weights.
