anyone else have an exercise pool?
 

We are in the process of having a new house built and we have a 24 X 24 room for our exercise equipment and our 8 X 16 pool. It's not complete yet but I was wondering if any of you have ever used one or has one? What besides the swimming in place do you do in yours? I'll post photos of it being built if anyone is interested.

I had a pool built for swimming laps at different speeds. We have 4 swim jets in our 14x14' pool. We didn't want to do the traditional long lap pool. I have used the pool with as little at one jet on and as hard as all 4!. I also do scuba in the pool (pretending there is a strong current, etc.) As my pool is outdoors, even in Arizona we heat it in the winter with a heat pump. There is an exercise kit out there for doing let work, with dumb bells, etc. Hope this helps!
