Treadmill mat

So I recently moved to a 2nd floor...I'm afraid to use my treadmill and have my downstairs neighbor be annoyed by noise. Does anyone have some real good thick mats? Good at noise reduction??? Please help! lol I have mats, but feel they're too thin. Thanks!

Maybe you could get a remant from a carpet store of a nice thick carpet... Just a thought...
