yesterday, i finally tried the spin class!! And i made it through the whole class!! YAY ME! I was so exhausted but happy that i made it through the whole class and pushed myself until it was over.
Man i was nervous though. Just thought i would spread my joy of accomplishing this to everyone!

Congrats! I always wanted to try the spin class at my old gym but was scared of the tiny seats hurting my bum. haha

VernDern: Gel seat covers can be great, a few folks in my class have them and love them. The gym even keeps one up at the front of the room for whoever to use.

Vern--the tiny seats hurt EVERYONES butt!! BUT it gets better. I dont even feel the seat anymore--takes maybe 2-4 classes before it doesnt bothe ryou anymore
