When I am on the treadmill I ushally go to loose 100 cals and it takes about 30 minutes or so..
What about you? I am thinking I should do more!!
Well you have to do what you feel comfortable with. Not sure how long you have been doing this. I know I have been reading around the boards and different people have different amounts they do.
Myself I go based on distance and try to do that amount in the shortest time possible but still can't get my times down lol I have a pedometer that says calories but I don't pay much attention to it.
I started about a week and a 1/2 ago now...Thanks for your suggestion!
