Calories burned while hula hooping?

    Does anyone know how many calories are burned while hula hooping?

    No but I'd like to. I just started the Wii Fit workout and they have a fun hula hooping game so I'd like to know too!

    it's supposed to burn 80-100 calories for 10 minutes,,I read that the more you weigh the more you burn though and you need to get the weighted ones..I just ordered a 2 lb 42" weighted one..

    I don't know. When I do stuff like Wii I just wear my heart rate monitor so I don't have to worry about it. It will tell me what I burned based on my heart rate.
