    Oh it's only 2 hours and 15 minutes but yes everyday, I started with just 30 minutes a day. The 3 times a day burns a lot of calories and it's stops the oxidation of my musscles. I had gotten up to 110 minutes start everyday but I was smelling of ammonia, so I stopped that and broke up the time to 3 times a day.

    I finished my 3rd 45 minute session of the day and now I am eating a chicken stir fry that I've made with many colorful veggies in it and I am downing my 6th glass of green ice tea I made earlier. After dinner I will have a cup of tea milk & sugar and relax. Tonight I am going watch Nick & Norah's Infinite Playlist.

    Woohoo.....I feel good and hyper, probably all the green tea I've drunk today! LOL

    7--Bike to work and back, about 40 min/13K; 45-min yoga class
    8--Walking around downtown, shopping
    9--Bike to the gym and back, about 40 min/13K; 25 min HIIT on the treadmill (maybe 10 reps at 1:30 each); 60-min stability ball class

    6--Tried to go for a run with my parents' dog while visiting. It failed. Total about 10 min running.
