Advice on getting BF measured by calipers

I know the accuracy and consistency of these measurements is very operator-dependent. Any advice on finding a qualified, careful person to take serial measurements? For someone who doesn't belong to a gym or otherwise use a personal trainer?

Thanks!

I don't know what they use, but I was in a Concentra clinic last week with an employee and they have a 'health risk assessment' exam that they were advertising that tested physical condition, body fat, VO2 level, pulminary function, etc. I think it was $55 here? I'm thinking about having one, I'll let you know what they test. My doctor doesn't do it... I looked on the website and they have locations in California, don't know where you are. I'm sure other places do the same kind of testing.
